The Westic Story
Founded in 2021, Westic is a commercial real estate investment, management, and advisory firm based in Capitola, California.
Prior to forming Westic, our core management team worked together for over a decade at another local firm, collectively growing, overseeing, and managing a diverse portfolio of nationally managed commercial real estate investments.
With the launch of Westic came an opportunity for a fresh vision. Not wanting to overcomplicate our model, we decided to focus solely on things we do exceptionally well. We develop close working relationships with our partners who soon come to consider our team an extension of their own.
Our mission is to execute risk-adjusted commercial real estate investment performance while bridging the gap between principal and partner.
