Kristina Ferris

Kristina Ferris, a native of the California Bay Area region, currently resides in Aptos, California, and has been active in commercial real estate finance management for the past 10 years. Kristina is an integral part of the Westic team, personally and professionally, and manages all financial requirements of the Westic portfolio, including accounting, banking, debt services, and reporting.

Background Experience

While attending San Jose State University and working towards a bachelor degree in business and event management, Kristina worked as a full time legal assistant and Notary Public, becoming a paralegal upon receipt of her college degree.  She worked in law for a decade in the Santa Clara county legal community and then decided to switch professions to the finance and real estate sector and move work closer to home in Santa Cruz County.

Kristina was hired by SAR Enterprises, a regional real estate investment, development, and management firm, as a Bookkeeper and then stepped into the role of Controller while overseeing a broad portfolio of commercial, multifamily and residential properties.

In 2021 Kristina left SAR Enterprises and in 2022 joined the Westic Company team brining along her knowledge of commercial real estate finance.
